  •  Place the sweet potato cubes in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 
  • After tossing, place the cubes in the air fryer basket, and don’t worry if they are overlapping.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 13 to 15 minutes, and keep shaking the basket every three to four minutes for even cooking.
  •  Once done, serve it as it is or with dipping sauces such as vegan sour cream, avocado dip, tahini sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, or fresh parsley.

  • Take a bowl and mix tapioca, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the tofu pieces in the mixed spices to coat evenly. 
  • To make the batter, take another small bowl and whisk together the plant milk, whole wheat flour, and sweet paprika until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 
  • In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs and nutritional yeast.
  • Dip the nuggets into the batter completely, and then toss them in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Shake off any excess and place the nuggets on a parchment-lined air fryer tray, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fries the tofu nuggets at 375°F for 15 minutes until they are golden and crispy, flip them in between to get evenly cooked. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauces.

Air Fryer Mushrooms

  • Clean the mushrooms by wiping off any dirt with a paper towel. For heavily soiled mushrooms, rinse them under running water.
  • Cut the larger mushrooms into halves or quarters, keep the smaller ones as whole, and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Season the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until they are browned. Keep shaking the air fryer basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  • Test one mushroom to ensure it’s cooked according to your taste.

Chickpea Broccoli Nuggets

  • Boil the chickpeas in salted water, and keep aside the water.
  • Next mince the garlic, finely chop the onion, and cut the broccoli into small florets. 
  • Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 minutes, and then drain well. 
  • In a grinder, add the chickpeas, broccoli, onion, garlic, and spices (nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, smoked paprika). Grind for some time, then add the oat flour and grind again. Make sure to keep some texture of the mixture, should not be completely smooth.
  • Shape the mixture like nuggets. Dip each nugget first in the reserved chickpea liquid, then in breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the nuggets in a single layer with space between them. Air fry at 380°F/190°C for 18 minutes.

Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings

  • Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter nicely to coat it evenly.
