Most of the time college college-going students or working children skip their breakfast due to a shortage of time, but they don’t understand this can lead to exhaustion, and they can feel cranky until their next meal. Skipping your breakfast will lead you to overeating in the evening which is another cause for weight gain.
  • If you are going out shopping nearby, then prefer to walk instead of taking your car or bike. Always remember walking is the best exercise we can have.
  • Doctors suggest drinking a minimum of 3-4L of water per day, and so are we. During the evening when you feel hungry, and about to grab your snack box just check whether it’s your hunger or thirst.
  • Your fridge should be filled with fruits, and healthy food items, so whenever you feel hungry and will open your fridge your only choice will be to eat healthy.
  • If you are about to attend a party at night then have something healthy before you leave the house, so that by the time you reach the party you will not be famished, and will not end up choosing the wrong food items.
