  • Take a Mango, peel it, and chop it into small pieces.
  • Now, take a mixer or blender, put it in a vessel, and add some cardamom powder, and one tablespoon of sugar for the traditional version. (This is optional, you can skip it for a healthier version).
  • Now blend the mangoes alone and add 3/4th glass of Low-fat milk.
  • You can add some full cream and a scoop of mango ice cream if you are not on any diet restrictions, add 2-3 cubes of ice.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour in a glass, and garnish with a few mango pieces.
